Returns Policy

Summary

The product and money return policy lasts 14 days.

You can return the products of an order within fourteen (14) days from the day of issue of the corresponding document (receipt/invoice) and always in prior consultation with the company.

If 14 days have passed since the day the relevant document (receipt/invoice) was issued, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns without notice are not accepted. Reports of any defective items are only made in writing by email or registered letter within 5 days of receipt of the goods and before using or installing them.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable products:

  • Items that have been damaged or are out of packaging.
  • In the event of a return, the company reserves the right to charge 15% of the value of the returned items plus transportation, as long as they are not defective and our company is not responsible.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or purchase invoice.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your debit/credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or non-refundable refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discount Products

Refunds are allowed on regular priced products only. Discounted products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same product, please email us at {email address} and send your product to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, you will be emailed with the voucher showing the amount of the credit.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will know about your return.

Shipments and Returns

To return your product, you must mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
