The cost of the order is automatically calculated by our online store and depends on the weight of the shipment as well as on the shipping point of the order.
In the event that your order has not been shipped, you can call us or send us an email asking to change it. If the order has been shipped, you cannot change or cancel it.
Shipping details can be changed if your order has not been shipped yet. In the event that your order has been shipped, you should contact the transport company that has undertaken its transport to make the change (if possible)
You can contact us through the contact form and we can order the product for you. We will let you know as soon as we receive it.
The order can be returned when one or more of the following cases apply: In the case that you received the wrong products, and In the case that the products are defective / damaged. To cancel, you must contact us at email@example.com, or via the contact form on this website, within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. In the email you should mention the order number, the reason for the return and attach the corresponding photos (if any). You will then send the defective products back to us at the cost of the recipient, and we will replace the products or refund the corresponding amount to your account.
